Bring More Clients has released an educational framework through its restaurant-focused SocialShareCode brand, outlining how independent restaurants can organize their digital assets and connect social media activity with defined customer actions.

-- Bring More Clients LLC, operating through its restaurant-focused brand SocialShareCode, has released a new guide addressing how independent restaurant owners can organize the digital foundation behind their social media strategy. The guide argues that posting content alone does not constitute a strategy and outlines what owners should consider before their next campaign.
For more details, visit https://www.socialsharecode.com/why-posting-on-social-media-is-not-a-restaurant-marketing-strategy?utm_source=ampifire&utm_medium=content_distribution&utm_campaign=restaurant_social_strategy_2026
Social media can help a restaurant gain attention and reach potential customers. However, SocialShareCode explains that a stronger strategy also defines what the restaurant wants the customer to do after seeing the content.
That action could include visiting the restaurant, placing an online order, viewing the menu, joining a loyalty program, responding to an offer, or leaving a review.
Likes, views, and comments can provide useful marketing signals. They do not, by themselves, confirm that the marketing generated customer activity or business results.
“Posting is an activity,” said Louis “Maverick” Ramirez, founder of Bring More Clients and its restaurant-focused SocialShareCode brand. “Strategy is the system behind the post, the desired customer action, and what happens after that person becomes a customer.”
The guide also introduces what SocialShareCode calls the restaurant’s digital foundation. This may include the restaurant’s Google Business Profile, social accounts, website, domain name, online-ordering system, customer information, reviews, loyalty program, point-of-sale technology, photographs, and marketing content.
An independent restaurant can develop what SocialShareCode calls a “spaghetti setup.” Different employees, friends, vendors, or former marketing companies may have created separate accounts using different email addresses and passwords. The restaurant owner may know the accounts exist without knowing who controls them or how they are connected.
SocialShareCode recommends that restaurant owners identify who owns each account, who has authorized access, and whether the assets are organized under the restaurant’s control.
The guide also encourages restaurant owners to examine technology already operating inside the business. Some point-of-sale and online-ordering systems include loyalty, gift card, customer communication, reporting, review, and promotional capabilities that may not be fully used.
Before purchasing another platform, the restaurant should first understand its existing technology, determine whether the available tools fit its needs, and decide whether the team can realistically use them.
SocialShareCode connects these parts through a progression that begins with attention and continues through customer action, a visit or order, permission-based customer capture, reviews, and profitable repeat-visit opportunities.
The company does not claim that every customer transaction can be attributed directly to social media. Instead, it encourages restaurants to establish clear objectives and examine customer actions, ticket counts, average ticket, sales trends, reviews, permission-based customer capture, and repeat behavior when that information is available.
The framework is available through SocialShareCode, the restaurant-focused brand of Bring More Clients. It is intended to help restaurant owners examine the foundation, customer journey, and measurement practices behind their social media activity. It does not promise specific customer counts, sales increases, or financial results.
