Recorded before a sold-out audience at Tank Recording Studio, Burlington, VT

NEW YORK and VERMONT, October 10, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Paper Garden Records recording artists The Storm Windows today release a new video from their recent LIVE album: "All I Want to Do (is Rock)."

"All I Want to Do (is Rock)" was recorded live before an enthusiastic audience at Tank Studio, Burlington, Vermont on November 1, 2025. Top reviewer The Musical Road reports the live music "captures the raw, immediate energy of a band fully in its element."

The Storm Windows are known as purveyors (some say inventors) of 'Power-Folk', with live performances described as the "Folk Ramones" by Spin Magazine. Performing on the recording are The Storm Windows Trio: Rob Mathews - guitar and vocals, Don Mathews - upright bass and vocals and Erik Anderson – drums. The video is from a song from the band's recent The Storm Windows Live album released on the PGRoots label of Paper Garden Records.

Audio for the track was produced and mixed by Ben Collett and Julia Rangel at Tank Recording Studios. The video is by Drew Fahle.

As of today, links to the video are available to the video, the entire live album and the studio version of the single.

About The Storm Windows

The Storm Windows play both showcases and bar gigs, and always have a few of each lined up. The band takes their name The Storm Windows from a song title of one of their musical heroes, John Prine, but also as an appropriate description of some veteran musicians who have weathered a few storms but are still standing and singing about it. Critics have labeled their music "New Americana – a blend of folk, rock and even jazz laced sonics."

The live album is the band's first release on the PGRoots label.
