Early results show one client account running 54 percent under its target cost per acquisition, managed by an AI agent that waits for human approval before it touches a dollar.
-- Ask Ledo LLC today announced the public launch of AdMachine, a paid media management platform built around Ledo, the company's AI agent, that replaces the daily grind of logging into ad platforms and hunting through reports with a single, calm workflow: Ledo finds what needs attention, the operator approves it, Ledo executes it.

Paid media management has a noise problem. Account managers spend their days scrolling dashboards, building comparison views, and reconstructing performance stories by hand, most of it low signal and repetitive. AdMachine inverts that model. It audits live Google Ads performance data, checks it against a growing library of validated learnings from other accounts, and returns a short, ranked list of recommendations, each one tied to a data citation and an expected impact. Nothing executes without a human clicking approve.
"Most ad tools compete by adding features. More dashboards, more alerts, more inboxes to dig through," said Michael Fraser, co-founder of Ask Ledo LLC. "We built AdMachine to do the opposite. Ledo does the digging. The operator makes the call. That is the whole product."
AdMachine has been managing live client Google Ads accounts since early 2026, and the results are public for the first time with this release. One home services client is running at a cost per acquisition of roughly 54 percent under its $60 target. A second account, in the pet care category, is holding under its blended cost per acquisition target while continuing to scale spend. A third account is on a steady downward cost trend toward its target range. A typical AdMachine session takes about ten minutes of operator time to complete work that previously took hours by hand.
The platform is the second product built on the Ledo Knowledge Center, the same intelligence layer behind Ask Ledo's CRM product, LeadMachine. Every AdMachine session feeds validated outcomes back into the Knowledge Center, so lessons learned on one account inform every account that follows, organized by industry so no client's data crosses into another's.
"The restraint is the product," said Jay Thornton, co-founder of Ask Ledo LLC, who developed the Calm Operator philosophy that governs every product decision at Ask Ledo. "We ask one question about every screen, every alert, every workflow: does this leave the operator more clear headed, or less? If the answer is less, it does not ship. AdMachine is the first product we built end to end on that rule."
AdMachine currently manages Google Ads accounts, with Meta Ads integration in active development and a LinkedIn Ads connection planned for later in 2026. The company says the operator experience will stay identical as each new channel comes online, so running Google, Meta, and LinkedIn from one account eventually requires no new workflow to learn.
Ask Ledo LLC also offers a free Google Ads waste audit to business owners who want to see where their own ad spend is leaking before deciding whether to work with the company. Details are available at leadmachine.fyi/admachine.
